Pizza Hummus

I’ve been on a pizza craze lately and I’m not even a little bit ashamed of it. I think it has something to do with my Vegan Parmesan Cheese. The more I eat it the more I want to sprinkle it on everything.

So, in the middle of the night during a really lovely dream about me and my Vegan Parm, the idea hit me to make PIZZA HUMMUS!!! And boom just like that, my new favorite condiment was born. I am planning on spreading this on everything, but it was also a super snack when I saw I had some tortilla chips in the cupboard. I have way too much fun in the kitchen. I literally walked around the house and dipped whatever I could in this and I swear EVERY THING worked. Ummm… I also “tasted” several tablespoons just right out of the bowl into my belly and it was pretty fab that way too. No judgement.
