Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add your Orzo. Cook according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside – reserving 1/2 cup of the starchy pasta water.
While your Orzo is cooking on the stove, prepare ingredients: Chop broccoli into small florets and add to a bowl along with your lemon zest, lemon juice, greek yogurt, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.
Finally, add orzo to the large bowl and mix well stirring in the pasta water as needed to thin out the sauce.
Top with more lemon zest and fresh basil and enjoy Hot or Cold.

By the time you’re reading this I’ll be a whole year older. Isn’t that weird. This year I get a fun date night with hubby, a birthday morning work out, a solo shopping day, and a family of 4 dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant. I wouldn’t ask for anything more. Absolute perfection and I cant wait!
