Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

baked buffalo cauliflower

Yes, this post starts with a picture. Are you licking your screens yet?? Gosh, this is SO good I dont even know how to describe it… When did Cauliflower become so darn versatile?! I use this vegetable in EVERYTHING and it always just seems to work out perfectly.

Ok so I havent made a cauliflower doughnut yet but I swear I think it would work…
Food for thought?…

Ingredients:
1 bag raw cauliflower / or half a head
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil Spray (From Trader Joes)
Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

umm yeah, that’s it.

1. Lay the cauliflower on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spray with olive oil lightly. Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper. You could also add some turmeric if you want them to get that bright orange color. Why not?

2. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes flipping them around halfway through.

3. Toss with 2 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce and pop back in the oven at 375 degrees for another 15 minutes

4. Toss with 1 more tablespoon Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce and DEVOUR immediately. I like to serve these with celery & vegan ranch if I’m sharing or over a bed of lettuce & drizzled with vegan ranch if I’m keeping them all to myself. Either way… pure bliss!

Enjoy it Veganly Much!

p.s. I couldve easily ate this entire recipe in one sitting. If you’re planning on sharing, try doubling or trippling the recipe. These go so fast at my house.
