Mint & Arugula Chutney 

This non-traditional chutney is the perfect companion to brighten up any of your non-traditional homemade Indian dishes.

Mint & Arugula Chutney

  • Servings: 1 cup
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Print

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mint leaves

1/2 cup arugula

1 lemon

5 pickled Jalepeno no rings

1/2 medium raw onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup water

Salt & Pepper

A pinch of coriander

Directions:

1. Add everything to a small blender, nutribullet, or food processor.
2. Blend.
3. Taste for seasoning
4. Enjoy with all your non-authentic homemade Indian creations such as these Baked Potato Samosa Cups
