1 frozen banana
2 pitted medjool dates
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
3 tablespoons raw shelled hemp hearts
1 cup Soy Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tablespoons raw tahini
Optional: Water to dilute the sweetness a little
