The Toast Post

So, if you follow me on Instagram you might have noticed that I am super into the Toast lately, particularly the Avocado Toast. But this is not a new obsession. I’ve actually always been a huge fan of the open faced sandwich.
What’s my favorite thing about a toast? Well, it’s like a sandwich on crack and you can have 2 instead of just 1. Need I say more? Let’s get Toasty!

Sushi Avocado Toast:
1/2 Avocado
Generous sprinkle of Seaweed crunchies
Generous sprinkle of Black & White Seasame Seeds
& Sriracha All Over
Eggplant Hummus Toast:
Fried eggplant + 1 can garbonzo beans + 3 tablespoons tahini + 1/2 lemon + salt&pepper + cumin + garlic powder / blend in food processor
Spinach
Sliced Cucumbers
Homemade pickled purple cabbage
& Dry dill ALL OVER
Middle Eastern Avocado Toast:
1/2 Avocado
Tahini
Lots of Zataar
Cumin
Turmeric
Salt & Pepper
& splash of Lemon Juice – optional
The Beet of My Heart Toast:
Beet Hummus
Tahini
Raw Pumkin Seeds
& Love
Almond Coconut Toast:
Almond Butter
Dry Coconut Chips
& a drizzle of Agave or Honey
Sweet Spicy Hempy Toast:
Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jam
1/2 Avocado
& Hemp Seeds ALL OVER
